Fmx vd believes gaming should be enjoyable — not stressful or harmful. On this page, we explain how you can play responsibly and remind you that we're here whenever you need us.
At fmx vd, we believe everyone plays for fun. But sometimes that enjoyment can gradually become a habit that affects your life in harmful ways. That's something we never want to see happen.
Responsible gaming means knowing your limits, sticking to a budget, and keeping gaming a small part of your life. At fmx vd, nothing matters more to us than this.
Problem gaming can creep up without you noticing. At fmx vd, we encourage every member to check in with themselves regularly. If you find your mood dropping after a loss, chasing losses with bigger bets, or skipping time with family to play — take it as a sign.
Don't ignore these signs — use fmx vd's tools or reach out to support. We're always in your corner, ready to help without judgment.
At fmx vd, responsible gaming isn't just a policy on paper — it's part of our culture. Our support team is specially trained to respond with empathy whenever someone needs help. We want fmx vd to remain a safe and enjoyable place for everyone.
If you answer "yes" to any of the questions below, pause and reach out for help.
Do you place bigger bets trying to win back what you've lost?
Do you find it hard or uncomfortable to stop gaming?
Do you find yourself pulling away from family or work because of gaming?
Do you deposit beyond your budget?
Have you ever lied or hidden the truth about your gaming?
Do you feel anxious or restless when you're not playing?
If you answered "yes" to even one of these, talk to fmx vd support. We're here to help.
Stay in control of your play. All these tools are completely free on fmx vd.
Set a daily or weekly cap on how much you deposit. Limits take effect immediately. Lowering a limit is instant; raising one requires a 7-day waiting period.
Set a maximum stake per bet. This keeps you from wagering more than you intended in the heat of the moment — especially during those high-stakes cricket or football matches.
Set a daily limit on how many hours you play. When your time is up, fmx vd will remind you. It's a simple way to build a healthier gaming routine.
Every 30 minutes or 1 hour, fmx vd will show you how long you've been playing and how much you've spent. These alerts help keep you aware.
Take a break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this time, you won't be able to log in or place bets. When the break ends, it's your call whether to return.
Close your account for anywhere from 3 months to permanently. Once self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed before the set period ends. For serious concerns, this is the most effective option.
This is just an example. Log in to fmx vd and set your actual limits from Settings.
